As we all face up to the unprecedented challenges of these unsettling times, it’s more important than ever to maintain healthy mental and physical wellbeing. Feeling and looking your absolute best is an important part of that.

There are beauty and wellbeing challenges in these midlife years, but you can get back to feeling your sparkling best. Our midlife beauty event will show you how.

Whether it’s your complexion feeling a bit dry and flat, your hair a bit straw-like (technical term!) or the makeup you’ve used and loved for years suddenly not looking right, beauty expert Rosie Green can help.

What about the nutrients you need and the best foods to keep you healthy as your hormones are going haywire? Not to mention a slightly thickening middle… Health expert Emma Bardwell is your woman.

Rosie and Emma will be in conversation with Hylda’s resident beauty guru Genevieve Nikolopulos (@this_is_fifty), with advice on the products and treatments that really work and what we should be putting into our bodies to power us through these midlife years. Come and join us at a midlife beauty event that will leave you inspired. .

Tickets cost £25, and there will be Prosecco, nibbles and a fantastic beauty bag. The event runs 6.30pm-8pm, Monday March 30 at Urban Retreat, The White House, 2 Hans Crescent, London SW1X 0LH. Hurry, only a few places left, so head to Eventbrite to make sure you get your spot. See you on the night.
